Terms and Conditions of Use for Beazer Network

Welcome to Beazer Network. Beazer Digital ("Beazer Network," "we," or "our") is a provider of a digital community application focused on interaction, gaming, and cloud mining systems. Our application provides a platform for users to engage in community activities and mine internal digital assets, BZR (Beazer Coin) (collectively, the "Offerings").

Important to note: Beazer Network is designed as a completely free platform and does not charge its users any fees within the scope of our Offerings. You can use all features and participate in the Beazer network at no cost. Users can even send BZR to one another using the unique wallet address we provide for each account.

These Terms and Conditions, including their annex (collectively referred to as the "Terms" or "Agreement"), contain the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Site (including mobile applications on the Google Play Store and supporting websites) and the Offerings we provide. This is an agreement between us and you or the entity you represent ("you" or "your"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site or the Offerings.

By using the Site, clicking a button or checkbox to accept or agree to these Terms where such option is made available, clicking a button to use or access any Offerings, or, if earlier, by using or accessing the Offerings in any other manner (the date any of the foregoing occurs being the "Effective Date"), you (1) accept and agree to these Terms as well as any additional terms applicable to specific Additional Offerings (as defined below), rules, and participation conditions issued by Beazer Network from time to time and (2) agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and handling of other information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms or do not meet any and all obligations you accept under the Terms, then you may not access or use the Offerings.

You represent to us that you are legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent to us that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

1. Beazer Network Offerings

1.1 General

You may access and use the Offerings only in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations concerning your use of the Offerings.

1.2 Offerings and Access

Beazer Network offers a wide range of digital services designed to empower users with interactive experiences. This includes mining digital assets, participating in community events, and earning rewards through in-app engagement. All core functionalities are accessible through our mobile app listed on the Google Play Store.

Although some features may require users to register an account, Beazer Network remains fully free of charge, with no hidden fees or required payments for core access, cloud mining activities, or the transfer of BZR between users. Our platform was created to support decentralization, transparency, and user-first accessibility.

1.3 Transparency and Community

We believe in building a trustworthy digital environment. All in-app transactions and interactions are logged securely. Users are encouraged to invite friends, build mining teams, and grow the Beazer Network together. Our community rules and standards promote respectful behavior and cooperation, ensuring a positive space for everyone.

1.4 Third-Party Content and Services

In certain Offerings, you may view, access, and use informational content, products, or services from one or more third parties ("Third-Party Content" and "Third-Party Services," respectively). In each such case, you agree that you view, access, or use such content and services at your own discretion. Your reliance on Third-Party Content and use of Third-Party Services in connection with the Offerings is governed on one hand by this Agreement, but on the other hand, will also generally be subject to separate terms and conditions established by the applicable third-party content and/or service provider. Beazer Network does not guarantee, endorse, or recommend such content or services. You access, rely on, or use Third-Party Content or Services at your own risk.

1.5 Support

You may seek or receive technical or product support, information, advice, or guidance from us regarding the Offerings, including via in-app interface or email. All support available or provided by or on behalf of Beazer Network is believed to be reliable, but we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness, or the outcomes that may be obtained. Such support is provided for informational purposes only, and by receiving such support, you represent that you have adequate skills and experience in selecting, using, and/or applying the Offerings appropriately, and you use the Offerings at your own discretion and risk. We will never ask for your private key or secret recovery phrase, or request you to make payments to us via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Twitter DMs.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 Use of the Offerings

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your use of the Offerings, whether authorized by you or not. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account or data, including those resulting from phishing, fraud, or other criminal acts by third parties. You must ensure that your usage complies with applicable laws.

2.2 Security and Backup

You are entirely responsible for configuring and using the Offerings securely, and for protecting and backing up your content and account information. This includes using encryption and securing passwords or secret recovery phrases. We do not store, recover, or reset your private keys or secret recovery phrases.

2.3 Anti-Fraud and Account Integrity

Use of emulators, bots, or modified apps to exploit cloud mining or other services will result in permanent account bans. All activity is monitored in real-time by our servers to ensure fairness and system integrity.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 No Cost Services

Beazer Network is 100% free to use. All users can participate without any fees or hidden charges.

3.2 BZR Transfers

Users can send BZR to other users using unique wallet addresses. These transfers do not involve any fiat currency or fees inside Beazer Network. Any fees on public blockchain integrations are beyond our control.

3.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes arising from the use or ownership of digital assets outside the Beazer ecosystem.

5. Suspension

We may suspend your access if your use (a) poses a security risk, (b) negatively impacts the system or others, (c) causes legal exposure to us, or (d) violates this Agreement or the law.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 Term

This Agreement is effective from the date you accept it and continues until terminated.

6.2 Termination

You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the Offerings. We may terminate this Agreement for violations, partner discontinuation, or legal risks.

6.3 Post-Termination

Upon termination: (i) your rights under this Agreement end; (ii) obligations incurred remain valid; and (iii) surviving provisions continue as needed.

7. Ownership

7.1 Your Content

We do not claim ownership over your content but may use it to operate the Offerings.

7.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Offerings in accordance with this Agreement.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not misrepresent our relationship, use our trademarks without permission, or use the Offerings beyond what is authorized.

7.4 Feedback

We may use any suggestions you submit without restrictions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beazer Network and affiliates against any losses from (a) your breach of this Agreement or law, or (b) disputes with your users.

9. Disclaimer & Risks

9.1 Disclaimer

ALL OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9.2 Risks

By using Beazer, you accept the inherent risks of cloud mining and digital assets. You must keep your private keys and recovery phrases safe. We cannot recover them.

10. Liability Limit

Except for ownership or indemnity breaches, our liability is limited to IDR 350,000 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months (if any).

11. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

11.1 Arbitration

All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Indonesia. No judge or jury. The arbitrator’s decision is final.

11.2 Class Action Waiver

You and we agree to resolve disputes only individually, not in class actions.

11.3 Opt-Out

To opt-out, email support@beazernetwork.com with subject "LEGAL OPT OUT" within 30 days of first use.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our consent.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the complete agreement between us.
  • Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays beyond our control.
  • Compliance: You must comply with export laws.
  • Independent Contractors: This is not a partnership.
  • Eligibility: If under legal age, use only with guardian’s consent.
  • Language: English governs if there’s conflict with translations.
  • Notices: Notices may be posted on our site or sent to your email.
  • No Third-Party Rights: Only you and we have rights under this Agreement.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce terms is not a waiver.
  • Severability: Unenforceable parts will be replaced with enforceable ones.

13. Definitions

Application: Beazer mobile app on Google Play.
BZR: In-app digital currency.
Content: Data, media, or software.
Losses: Any liabilities or expenses.
Cloud Mining: Mining via Beazer servers.
Offerings: Beazer services and tools.
Site: App or related websites.
Feedback: Suggestions to Beazer.
Effective Date: Date of acceptance.
Termination Date: End date of this agreement.
Our Marks: Beazer Network branding.
Third Party: Any entity besides Beazer and you.
